Contemporary art critic and curator I organize exhibitions and events for private and institutional spaces, which alternate with independent projects in the perspective of an interaction between art and community-territory. The last project (2018) Border Crossing co-designed and edited for Manifesta12 Palermo, has been selected among the collateral events of the Nomade Biennial. My academic studies: literary, artistic, symbology and psychological sciences background (together with art therapy workshops held within disadvantaged psychosocial communities) have focused my attention on the creative, relational and expressive process, between art and otherness attention on the creative, relational and expressive process.
I am the creator of the project-laboratory The women's body // Il corpo delle donne and I am co-founder and director of Bridge Art, format of contemporary art and artistic residencies.
I was also a consultant to the Ministry of Cultural Heritage in the writing of the research Memorabilia, published by Laterza in three volumes; collaborator // author for the Italian Treccani Encyclopedia Institute, art editor, and content editor for editaliart Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato in Rome. My texts are published in encyclopedias, books and catalogs in Italy and abroad. I collaborate with Artribune, Inside Art, a part of cult (ure) and I author the blog The female in art on EXIBART.
